Job Description:

Design, deploy, deliver and maintain the technology infrastructure that delivers OT (Operational Technology) security services for both internal and external stakeholders. Deploy state-of-art and green technologies that supports cloud and virtualized services principles and ensures high level of reliability, availability and performance of the operational infrastructure inline with established SLAs, OT (Operational Technology)security architecture and organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Ensure required redundant systems are available, data is continuously backed up, integrity of backups is maintained, confidentiality of data backups is assured and alternate recovery site is available. Ensure that systems that support disaster recovery and continuity of operations requirements are tested on a periodic basis to provide assured recovery based on agreed SLAs and KPI targets. Ensure all recovery procedures are documented.
• Monitoring of OT (Operational Technology) Security Systems: Routine monitoring of OT security and any operational system logs and events. Take corrective measures and provide root-cause analysis reports in the event of failure. Ensure all new systems are monitored and supporting commissioning and maintenance procedures are documented.
• Technology Infrastructure: Lead the design, implementation and operations of the consolidated technology infrastructure environments collectively called the “Security Cloud” and ensure development of standardized services supporting 24×7 operations. Provide 24/7 on-call support for the Security Cloud technology infrastructure and services. Ensure all supporting procedures are documented. Practice and comply with ISO 20000 for all service management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Certifications: Microsoft Server Infrastructure, VMWare Virtualization technologies

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience
• Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Science/IT
