Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner as per the service level agreement
- Provide effective functional and technical support for Central Bank payment applications (FTS/WPS/ICCS/IPI/DDS)
- Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution
Job Requirements:
- Good Technical knowledge of FX Remittance, Swift Payments and ISO20022 Message specification
- Knowledge on Websphere-MQ
- Experience with FircoSoft Payments
- Preferred banking experience
- Deep understanding of IPI and FTS payment applications
- Minimum 5 years of support and development experience with Central Bank payment applications
- Knowledge on AWS and DevOps
